They are flat steel products produced by cold rolling hot rolled flat steels in the form of coils or sheets with thicknesses ranging between 0.20-2.00 mm. With the introduction of Turkiye's first tandem cold rolling mill, the physical properties of the materials produced become homogeneous throughout the coil, while surface smoothness, width, and thickness distribution meet expectations at the highest level.
Deep-forming grades suitable for cold forming are used in the automotive industry, the durable goods sector, kitchenware, radiator, and ventilation equipment manufacturing, and in applications where strength, toughness, and ductility are required.
Extra deep-forming grades (IF), which stand out with their resistance to aging, excellent formability, and good weldability, are used in the automotive and white goods sectors in applications that meet special requirements.
High-strength, low-alloy steel grades, produced using low carbon and microalloying methods, combine good formability with improved weldability and are used in the automotive industry and its subsidiaries.
Steel suitable for enamel coating, which has deep-forming properties and can be used with single/double layers or single/double baking, is used in the manufacturing of kitchen utensils (pots, oven racks, etc.).
