Erdemir, Turkey's largest integrated flat steel producer, has completed the application process, which started on 25 April, to employ hourly paid employees to be assigned in the operating units. More than 10 thousand applications were received during the recruitment process. Those who meet the specified criteria will participate in two exams, a health check process and a commission interview, after which recruitment will be carried out among the successful candidates in line with the needs.
The application process has been completed in the mass recruitment opened by Erdemir, which has been leading the development of Karadeniz Ereğli for 58 years with its employment and production, for the hourly paid positions it needs. Candidates whose applications were made by themselves or their first degree relatives during the two-week period were sent the links required for the continuation of the application process.
The recruitment process will continue with general ability and technical knowledge exams to be applied to candidates who meet the criteria. Candidates who are successful in the exams and pass the health checks will be taken to the commission interview, after which recruitment will be made among the successful candidates. The date of the first stage exams for those who meet the criteria will be announced separately. Erdemir, which carries out the entire process on the basis of transparency, will inform the candidates about the process.
Candidates who will work in hourly paid positions at Erdemir are required to graduate from the Electrical / Electronics, Industrial Automation, Machinery Technology, Metal Technology, Metallurgical Technology and Motor Vehicles Technology, Construction Machinery departments of vocational high schools and / or from the Electrical-Electronics / Energy, Industrial Automation, Machinery Technology, Metal Technology, Metallurgical Technology and Motor Vehicles Technology, Construction Machinery departments of vocational colleges.
Candidates must also be between the ages of 18 and 25 as of the date of the announcement, preferably have completed their military service, be suitable for working in very dangerous job classes in the health examination and not have any physical or mental disorders that may prevent them from performing their duties.
