Erdemir Will Recruit Hourly Paid Workers

Erdemir will mass recruit hourly paid workers also in 2023 in line with its growth strategy and the needs of its businesses. Candidates will be able to make their applications at the Erdemir Sports Hall every weekday for two weeks starting on Tuesday, April 25.

Erdemir, Türkiye’s largest integrated flat steel producer, has been contributing to the economic and social development of Karadeniz Ereğli for 58 years with the investments it has made and the employment it has created. Erdemir will mass recruit hourly paid workers also in 2023 in line with its growth strategy and the needs of its businesses. Candidates will be able to make their applications at the Erdemir Sports Hall every weekday for two weeks starting on Tuesday, April 25 (except the official holiday on May 1).

Türkiye's global steel power, Erdemir, will mass recruit for positions with hourly wages in line with its needs in 2023. Continuing to contribute to the region by creating employment since its establishment, Erdemir continues to employ new hourly paid workers this year for the needs of various business units.

Applications start on Tuesday, April 25.

The application process for hourly paid worker recruitment at Erdemir starts on Tuesday, April 25. Applications can be made at Erdemir Sports Hall every weekday from April 25 to May 5 (excluding the official holiday on 1 May) between 08:00 and 16:00 for two weeks.

For the candidates, Erdemir looks for a graduation requirement from the fields of Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Automation, Machine Technology, Metal Technology, Metallurgical Technology, and Construction Equipment departments of Motor Vehicles Technology of the vocational high schools and from the fields of Electrical-Electronics / Energy, Industrial Automation, Machine Technology, Metal Technology, Metallurgical Technology and Construction Equipment departments of Motor Vehicles Technology of the vocational schools.

Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 25 (born on 25.04.1998 and after, 24.04.2005 and before) as of the announcement date. In addition, they must preferably have completed their military service, be eligible to work in very dangerous job classes during the health examination, and not have any physical or mental illness that may prevent them from performing their duties.  

In addition to the physical applications made by the candidates with their identity documents, the applications made by their first-degree relatives, including spouses and siblings, together with the civil registry extract will also be considered valid. The application process will continue online through the link to be provided to the candidates during the physical application, and the candidates succeeding in the exams and evaluations will be recruited.
