The 29th Term Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, which started on October 11, 2022, between the Turkish Employers Association of Metal Industries (MESS) and the Turkish Metal Union on behalf of Erdemir, covering 4,217 hourly paid employees, were concluded. Erdemir's 29th Term Collective Bargaining Agreement was concluded during the session held in Ankara on January 6, 2023.
