Pursuant to the Investor Compensation Center’s letter dated June 3, 2026 and numbered E-12659767-110.05-12787;
As is known, the Investor Compensation Center makes refunds/payments to rightful owners within the scope of the "Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding Payments to Investors by the Investor Compensation Center Following the Partial Annulment of Paragraph Four of Article 13 of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362" (Regulation), published on September 7, 2016, in relation to shares and mutual fund participation units whose ownership was transferred to the Investor Compensation Center because it was not registered within the prescribed period.
The deadline for rightful owners to apply to the Investor Compensation Center with the required documents pursuant to the Regulation is September 6, 2026.
